Beta seems to of reset today so possibly updates to come soon?

Jason said something was happening, something about the houses and alliances. But i havnt played beta before so i dont know whats different.

beta was changed today to current acc stats (everything same as main).

Alliance Bank plays a minor role, still cant take anything out or put anything in.

"Houses" - play a bigger role
Alliance Rankings have a "new layout".

thats pretty much about it as far as i can see.

What do the houses do though, other than group alliances into an area, admin has got to be careful the way he plays this here, as if it adds to any stats, it could cause massive unbalance.

There are 4 or 5 houses which you can make your alliance join.

like
House of darkness
House of light
etc etc

Just looked at the Houses....so within a House each Alliance's percentage vote is based on their total power?

Can a head of an alliance try something for me? I want you to join a House.....then stick everything into AC and see if you can simply become the majority voting power with that House.....

If so, then the House system had better not hold any power to declare war or anything because that is ridiculously abusable.....

i doubt any have any other benefits, until later i wont know, as it costs 10b naq out of your alliance bank to change it.

edit: will try stuff later, atm im 2nd in power in my alliance, and we have 500mil naq in our alliance bank as it was started today,.

I changed my alliance's allegiance from no house to House of Disciples of Shadow. It deducted 10 billion from the alliance bank and in my command center under alliance attack log it now states:

Pure Darkness In Servitude to the Disciples of Shadow
obeying shadow alliance leader name and backing Pure Darkness.

Who the leader of the Disciples of Shadow is I have not a clue and I cannot see any benefits. The only change is now there are several alliances to choose from in the Alliance Allegiance Leadership Vote drop down menu. I assume these are the other alliances that have selected Disciples of Shadow. Hopefully when it switches to main more information will be released so that each alliance can make an informed choice.

It looks like you have to pay from your alliance bank to send invites out to players.

It would be nice if admin had released some info on this before he launched it on beta, at least then we would not be guessing what is going to happen etc.
