Go to your command page
click the attack button
across the top of the page you will see
Rankings Commander Ranking Race Ranking Alliance Ranking Rankings By Relations
Click the "alliance ranking" and it will display them

Not to bad for a newer alliance, it is fun to watch them move up the rankings, it give a goal and a sense of acomplishment
