I had $2500. My dad was paying for my rent and college (before he got laid off from his job). All I had to pay for was gas and food and alcohol
November 23, 2009
I had a little over $200. Its safe to say most of my money went to alcohol

You waste that much in alcohol?
Tell me it was wine or champagne...

I can & indeed have spent about £100 on a very good night out
Avg spend is usually in the £20-30 region however. Odd occasion pushing to £45-50.
Me & my friends buy rounds tho, so that can push up the price if theres more than 4/5 of you.
EDIT @ Londo : Most Student Union places & lots of bars in the 'studenty area' of places will stay open most of the night these days. Its easy money for them

EDIT: oh, yea, and the fact the only pub round here is closed in 00:00, means further saving.

1) 6 pounds per
bottle of absolut is dirt cheap. and i doubt you'll drink a whole bottle in one night.
2) don't drink absolut. don't dring
any vodka, actually.

psh, that over priced piss tasting stuff.
Here is what one of my nights consisted of
8x $1 yuengling pints
2x $8 pitchers of long island ice teas
4x $2.75 yuengling in a bottle.
This occured about 3-5 days a week. Not counting if I threw a party at my place and made PJ or went out and was feeling fancy and bought a bottle of goldslauger or a $8 bottle of Takka.

To me, that's beer that tastes piss, if there was any alcohol that did.
You obviously never drank decent wine or champagne to say such blasphemy!

all the times I've had wine I hated it. Champagne is ok, but after a few glasses I just want a beer.

now it doesn't. but it is. (

a little thinker there for you...)
but chilled white wine can be nice on a hot spring afternoon. not my first choice, but acceptable. red wine? never liked it much. gives to much of a heavy feeling.
now grappa, that's a drink.
