Jim, that statement is based on a flawed and incorrect view of history as has been taught in schools...
i cannot explain further without going WAAAAY of topic...
suffice to say that capitalism, communism, catholicism, leninism, marxism even nazi and socialistic ideals are not the enemy's you think they are.
PS. i suggest you watch a film called "The Soviet Story", i would also suggest you go and do your own research regarding Hitler, because Hitler was a friend of Rome. he was a catholic right up to the moment he died and was recognised by Rome and the pope as being a catholic....
you have no idea about history and i'm sure you will dismiss that lot as "fantasy" and/or "conspiracy".

Oh yes there was no imperialism led by international capitalism between 1850-1910, now that's news to me.
Also, who said I considered capitalism and catholicism as enemies?

Oh well..
So, to say the European Union will collapse because "every human thing will come to an end" is both irrelevant to the topic, and an incorrect inference.
Let us contextualise.

If you say the aristocratic elite...then that's bit obvious statement to make.
From oligarchy in ancient greece and Rome, to imperialism during 1850-1910, it's always been a small part of population that led. Even during revolutions, it was led by other elites who wanted to have the power turn in their advantage.
This is human nature...lead or be led...whatever means are used as way to make it happen..

if you want you can make a separate thread where we can discuss it in greater detail and i'll provide the info, but i will not provide proof, what i will provide instead of proof is the info so you can research it yourself...

Yes EU will fall. And that is an undeniable fact. Wether it be today, tomorrow or in some other future.. it doesnt matter. I simply answered your question in a closed context because it is a closed question.
Merely a yes or no. Evidence? Look at history. Do i need more evidence? No.
