technically, 'Roma Victa' infers the meaning 'Rome Conquered' depending on context you can take that in any way you can.

'Roma Invicta' means 'Unconquerable Rome'

actually, I suppose it should be 'Roma Victrix' for robe at least

alliance ppts add a whole new element to proper alliance wars not these one sided massings you get from certain alliances nowadays (not our esteemed opponents of course)
