If you have a commander (not yourself) then they get your bonus, not you. If you have officers they increase your total.

If you want a higher total then be your own commander. If you want an even balance of bonus UP and income, have no commander.

Self Commander is recommended at this point.

so do i have the highest up? any one higher then 37k
