Though... if they have gone inactive how are you meant to give them something?
I have a feeling from personal knowledge that said missing recipient is also the missing donor to someone else...
If this is correct...
perhaps cutting out the middle-man would be the best option...
if the missing donor does not show up by whatever time SS decides is his break limit,
and then it would be appropriate to circumvent said missing person and tie tekki directly to the lonely recipient...
and I have no idea who the lonely one might be...
as I have already received my gift...
