If you want to bring that into play I advise you to ask WhereUB if that was fixed and in what time frame..... Accidental hit bc of my browser reloading which I immediately PM'd him and brokered him back for his loses, all within an hour of the event. Wise up or shut up

lots of talk and no action seems to be the premise of this thread. My own opinion on this and similar situations is, if someone wants a vendetta they contact the person they wish to smash and if the smashee refuses then it should be discussed by the resective hc's of both alliances and not have to go through hc's in first place and ya wait weeks to unholster ya weapons as theres been a lot of situations where someone talks smack on here then refuses to put up so to speak and blames there HC for not allowing the vendetta. Yes Rub broke the terms of the NAP but hey he never used to wait a week to act

why did you take a planet off my officer MARJORIE ?

I know i never answered you, but i did go into Vac mode due to RL, but I'll answer you now.

your "officer" is a inactive feeder account, it is unascended if i recall correctly, it has great planets with no defense and no alliance tags or ANYTHING. it sits at 11k rank, i dont care if it was an officer of OE, it is an inactive account.. period.. simple as that therefor it is fair game.

I spoke to Wes and he gave me this accounts name off his war list for UP planets because i needed one, well i took it and they didnt respond back AT ALL. they never took it back or anything.

I am assuming Pascal got it from Wes as well and you went after him because hes smaller, ( or maybe because he was the last guy to take a planet off them and you thought you were gonna loose more UP so you decided to act now IDK n IDC ) I know from first hand experience you have personally broke our NAP on multiple occasions because ive been hit by you on ascended ( when i had full on OE tags its not like i was tagless) and your response when i asked you was "build a defense" then you hit me again for nothing just to be a **Filtered**.

I never raised hell and demanded repayment or cried about it.

@ NAP'D or allied players taking planets.. uhm.. yeah...just recently i had a DxM member's officer try to steal a planet off me.. i didnt complain or whine about it..i dont see why you guys are when we take a 50k up planet off a inactive officer.

its just laughable..if you wanted a vendetta so bad with him, you should have went to the right channels.

Well, 5K ATs, 182k UP, a bunch of UP planets and 12,634,918 trained as attack troops....kinda suggests either completely inactive, or a feeder account....especially those troops trained in attack

i went through more trouble for my officer who had his 100k planet stolen i massed his whole alliance.

a simple answer to ur question mate is it affects his UP by taking whereub officer,s planet ur downgrading whereub,s UP which is downgrading his account the same i said in my previous post.

by damaging his account he has every right to mass

Marjorie is an inactive feeder account and Ill bet dollars to donuts whereub logged into said account to take the planet back. If Marjorie had massed the account, understandable. But it was whereub, who was in CLEAR VIOLATION of the NAP. Rico's if you have any honor, you should demand whereub to repay Pascal's losses or take it from your alliance war fund if he won't. That is what diplomacy is there for.

feeder account or not who cares its still damaging him.

and we have much honour which is why we dont demand things from him as he is in the right for what he done pascal is in the wrong if anything pascal should repay for the losses to his planet

NAP=Non aggression Pact. Maybe you need to look up what it entails?

It is not his account, even if he is using it. And as stated above hits on outside accounts including officers is not a valid reason to break the NAP. Therefore he needs to repay Pascal.
