All you need is a decent war (or 2) and some farming, my ME has gone up 320 ranks in 5 months.

well, ment it as past tence... in past many cheated... I remember ppl resending units and raidng round and round... so with naq... plus players demolishing units and resources in circles... but I lost the needle year or two back... so have no idea how it works today.
