Lets settle down now before actions are committed that will be regretted. This is seeming like a build up to an Alliance war. Although I enjoy massing some to 0; the overall gain from a war is only respect/fear. Nearly every alliance that goes to war ends up with less stats than if they were to continue their normal aggresiveness.
