impossible to say for me, definitely made more than i spent although i do find myself looking at my accounts from time to time and starting to calc the financial cost of the levels, MS, planets etc lol...NG account over 20quad-$1400 at 0.07, main account over 70q total investment although most done by the previous owner-$4900, of which i paid $1520 to buy it and put in maybe 8q of that investment myself so-$2080 it has cost me.

Obviously numerous previous accounts bought and sold

Just remembered the $600 i spent on merlins and AT's, better add that to the mix

I've had 3800$ income from SGW, 855 of which have been invested back into the game, although haven't bought anything for years (all the money includes me selling and buying accounts so if you consider that I've been playing for 8 years you can see that I almost never bought any reasources). A net profit of just under 3000$ and it's still ongoing.

The only thing this excludes is a couple of USSs I've had bought straight in exchange for resources on Q.. Let's say there were 10 of these back before I had paypal or something.. So all in all that'd be 4300$ income and 1355$ outcome, a net profit of exactly 2945$.

All the money I invested back originally came from $$ trades on SGW, I haven't invested a dime of my own money.

To not use any of your own money? Of course it does! I have never used any of my own money for any game and I never will. I prefer getting the money from the game, having fun in the process, and buying something real. The money financed half of my drivers licence and my Gibson LP and half of my Fender Strat and numerous guitar-related accessories. All of that beats a couple of digits in a game where all of it can be taken away by a flick of a button, so to speak.
