All OE alliances have offerd surrender from UDE, we accept this.

Day one of negotiations has gone well,
I'm 12 SDs down n 17M spies,
OE are down on a 750B IC planet and a 240K UP.
+ ill mass a couple small defenses n MSs.

One had nox,
5.5M SDs down though, ill mass another if I can.
Also HE why don't OE pay me 2T a day until the 100 are up, seems if this carrys on you guys will have big losses.

Getting bored of planet steals, as soon as I get my Multi with 40s n my MS up ill do some real damage if this isn't over,

Anyone else finds it hilarious how easy he gets manipulated to waste lots of $ into the game and still suck on whatever he is doing?
