all of this in contingent on him paying me, I'll let everyone know if he doesnt

While the OSLA is NOT in the CoP, it most assuredly is part of the Omegan Empire.
Rylan has my full confidence, and very soon closer ties will be initiated between the Omega Allegiance and the OSLA.
As an alliance, any UU that it has given to other alliances must be returned or the said alliance will face me. Stormrider for your actions, you are responsible for paying the whole amount. Screwups are not tolerated!

So i am at war again..
So for breakfast came Omega sl.. they made all this mess again so they will suffer.
After that i will take to end things with jedi, bastion and others dde2..
And then anyone who try to touch me from omega will suffer too..
