So I also i'm verry confused why this would ruin the game , thougt if people wanne reach with money on the top spot damn must hurt when they get nailed back it's like ur money is dropping

Prices for naq and uu are stupidly low now
people selling for $0.05 per bill dosent even make sense just seem desperate to me.
15cents per billion is a fair amount and 6cents per k uu if fair but with more people selling everyday prices are dropping like crazy
Still selling at 10cents per billion if i sell or not i dont mind but im not selling for stupid prices like 5cents

i agree with you. people are so desperate they will sell for nothing, when i was selling i never went below 7cent and sold 15mil, never went below 20 cent for naq and sold 560bil. lowering prices doesnt mean youll sell more, people came to me becuase of trust and good rep even if price was alittle higher.

given it all up now but if i ever sell again im going back to my own prices not joining this free fall

It is a free market that is what makes capitalism so effective, when I feel like buying something I find the cheapest price, the same idea applies to this game. The way the prices are at I can make a lot even if I sell at lower prices than everyone else. If I needed money fast it is smarter to sell at a cheaper rate and get the money quicker than to sell at the average price and wait awhile. A little competition is good for an economy and makes for a better market for buyers. If I were buying uu I would rather pay 4 cents than 7.

yea i had to get my guitar out of pawn because it only had like 2 days left before i had to pay an extra 250$ on it x.x never again ... and i wanted a new amp .... so i sold my uus now im a lifer shell for the msot part til i rebuild on raiding x.x

why not the ones who have so much instead of selling for money all the time give to the poor i know it would be a cold day in hell but many would get perks from it.

Those in the game should earn it. I never give UU, I give ATs and NAQ. I will buy fishing poles and bait but not the fish.

Still dont know why players buy. But, as long as there are buyers there will be sellers.

Its an interesting point, but it will resolve itself if the admins decide to get off their asses.. i remember seing threads about how its admins discression that allows people to sell via these forums. but then there is ingame planet names, so i guess it doesn't help too much.

Anyways, the price you sell at depends on how long you want to wait. If you offer 5c per bil, you'll sell pretty fast, compared to 100c per bil. though i don't understand why people will pay 100c, but oh well >_>

admins probably know their efforts arent worth it, as the only real way to stop is would be no ss and even then attacks can be used. msn allows people to trade outside forum, so unless everyone on msn starts telling on each other i dont see how it can be stopped.

time willing to wait wasnt that bad, i sold for 2 cent higher per k than most and still found myself buying up cheaper uu to fill orders.

I make Naquadah from my income and spent it normally as I would on UP and if someone comes to me wanting to buy then I'll sell to them.

basically my account isn't purely to make $$, if someone wants to buy then I'll sell but if not I'll spend it on my account as I normally would.

I always tend to have at least a trillion in the bank and everything above that I spend and at least that way if someone ever does buy some I have a little bit in stock.

I try to sell but cant *tear*.

i sell every now and then. like everyone else said prices got so low i gave up for the most part but still do an occasional deal. right now though my goal in the game is to get up to 75mil UU. and im not much of a warmonger so all i really do is save up naq, then buy UU. it's nice to make a few easy bucks every now and then. what happens when i get to 75mil ish i dont know. maybe ill focus on covert and try and get rank 1 covert. or maybe ill say what's the point im not gonna sab anybody anyway and real $ is more useful than a lvl 32 or 33 spy lvl. the only thing that might cut back on selling for $ imo would be if they get rid of the cap on buying UU and such. most people who have that high of a UU count got there because they buy tons of UU and that was their goal to get there. so what do they do once they reach their goal and can't buy more UU?

its ok if you need $ for a urgent reason but when people are just selling for the heck of it, its stupid. I cant really say i havnt sold for $ before but its only when i need urgent money.
