technically yes but most good people have good defences to big to get farmed anyway and so have alot of TL members .....
The exeptions is if people start farming with 350bill strikes to get to naq defended by a 600bill def.......thats not farming anymore and it will be considered an act of war
Then hopefully everyone else can expect you all not to do it.
Im happy with your policies if that is so

well we expect everyone of us can hold to the same policy but if not you can always challenge the one for a fair 1 vs 1 fight

ehhh why all these threads for such a simple thing its the same in nearly every allaince , imho if u go farming a member and A. dont stop or B.think you will get away with it u deserve to be massed by that allaince regardless of your tag.

Because if things arent made clear an alliance may simply change something to warrent a massing or something else. Use your imagination.
