I'm able to send to my self pms and not to other ones not in purgatory?

lol, I found another way to send messages.
Just broker the person for 1 naq and type your message in the message box there ;D

it is starting to really annoy me.

Yeah but how often do people check their brokers? You don't get a message informing you of a broker!
