well, a bit more since the last time i looked in here
so i'll just answer to this:
Coolmick47 wrote:Quite obviously it is to late to take it out now for the backlash it would cause from Americans, but you all simply have to many weapons. Reduce the Weapons = Reduce the Crimes. You all seem to all seem to think that Increasing the Weapons = Reduces the Crimes.
reducing weapons won't reduce crime. increasing weapons won't increase crime. but it gives ppl chance to defend themselves and their property (and their neighbours), chance that for example we here don't really have. here criminals have always the upper hand, we can only call the gards (and hear that there's nothing they can do about it) and then insurance company. crap!
Semper wrote:stephen sarsfield wrote:That, as you described "bunch of illiterate whack jobs" kicked your sorry British arses twice already. Also if it wasn't for them you'd be speaking German now.
that old chess nut is getting a bit tiresome. We held adolf and the bosh for ages. A little involvement at the end of the war dosent count as saving our asses. Just remember son shine you would all either be speaking french or spanish if it wernt for US, in fact you might not even be what you are now. So if were gonna start using history to drop the subtle reminders.. just remember THAT fact before you so much as DARE to try and take that silly little route.
just to remind you it wasn't santa claus supplying youse from the other side of atlantic.
and actually, WE speak english...

Yea I was stereotyping quite a bit I admit. I just find it bemusing why Americans generally shoot first ask questions later (stereotyping again but take the example that was mentioned earlier in Iraq, blow the crap out of British convoys flying British flags, then check to see who they're killing) . I find it fascinating aswell that the further south you go the more racist people get...Im not going to get into an argument with you lot about our different nations and which is better or more intelligent etc. The guy shouldn't have killed the two blokes. It does not matter that the cops weren't there. You can't take the law into your own hands and kill someone who isn't on your property. Can you imagine what it is like for the families of those two? They may be criminals but getting killed over what..stealing a little money? Over the top if you ask me.
But then again why am I complaining? It's not my country thank god. Enjoy your arguments lol..ive travelled a fair bit and know what places are more pleasant to live in...certainly not some parts of USA thats for sure.

Of course I didn't read the transcript, I have better things to do. I was going off what I had skimmed through right upto where semper nailed your ass.
Have you by any chance been in the military for 29 years? Have you been to both Gulf wars, Bosnia, the Falklands, Sierra Leone and Afghanistan? If you knew what the hell you were talking about, you would know the pilot in question did NOT have permission to attack the convoy because he was not in contact with his command due to communications failure. The British troops also had equipment given to them by the Americans which communicates with all coalition forces vehicles, allowing them to tell friend from foe at a range of 1.5km...all very good the enemy can play dress up but I very much doubt they have the ability to steal three scimitar tanks, kit out 40 troops as British look alikes and travel in the proper formations.
From a holistic point of view the further south you go in America, the more racist people are as a community. Not necessarily of people integrating into their community but of outsiders. You can deny that all you like but it is simple truth. Im not sure how you figured I was a racist. Some of my closest friends are Asian, Indian and African, and I used to go to an international school..
I made an argument about which country is better? Fair enough, I know for a fact it is neither Britain or America...

When there are more guns per head in Canada and New Zealand (im struggling to understand the availability of firearms is wider spread in these two countries yet still there is more shootings per capita in USA than any other developed nation) ...well...because your a bunch of illiterate whack jobs who take patriotism to the point of obsession. Need to widen the gene pool a bit lads...maybe go to school. You will find the world has a whole new meaning then
That was pretty racist.

I agree with the problem of gun crimes in America, but that is a left wing extremist statement from the duke

I think you void yourself of being accepted and respected in any community with judgmental statements of that magnitude.
This all coming from someone who is very much on the left side of the argument too

I misheard Sept. 1... or something...
I think I heard Sept. 1, but mentally put the other 1 in there to be sept. 11. I said I misheard.... and even wondered what Sept 11 (what I thought I heard) had to do with anything.

Wouldn't you?
