I'm not old school enough to know for sure but these days 10Q alliance power just isn't a head turner like it probably was at some point.

10Q is like a Duder, a Bio, and a Feri trapped in an elevator with a smartphone. And they don't call for help because Duder is wanted by INTERPOL for 0'ing France. Instead of trying to free themselves they just keep building COV instead.

it's across three people he was saying though, one of which is Feri who we know has his ways with plague so if we said 800M AS for Feri that's then 1.3B between Bio and Duder which would be 650B AS each, so we could even say all of them at 700M AS
