never had a problem with lag in sgw i can hit a lot of people and still no lag it may just be your computer

I get it no matter waht PC i use. I have used my home PC, my work PC, my home laptop, a buddys computer. They all lag out the same.

The distance away from a server has no impact on the speed.

The data is sent (depending on your connection speed) anywhere from a few kbps... to 20-50 Mbps. So, depending on your ISP, the higher that number is the faster the data flows.

And the speed at which the data travels, is fast enough that distance would have no serious effect on the lag or lack thereof lag.

ok I just waited so long for the turn to change and me to be able to train troops and bank that by the time I got it to let me into traning section I had been naq farmed.

So now it is stargate wars against each other and the flippin server! Some times the server will help you, some times it will hinder you.

WHO KNOWS WHICH PERSON THE SERVER WILL FAVOR NEXT TIME?????????

By the way I have used serveral differant computers with several differant players and we have all encountered similar problems. When the server is slow for 1 person it may not be true for another!

How is that possible? Please dont blaim bad computers, the only thing in common with 3 differant machines is this game. 3 differant servers (BT, Virgin and sky) with 2 very large bandwidth connections.

Either way there is a new problem of the server against the players!

I'm on PPT right now and it has been taking its time loading up bank page, market page, and basic Command Center page. Your not alone Kurnous in your belief that this is happening to certain players instead of all players at once. I use Orange for my Internet, a good friend of mine uses Sky and we talk online constantly. He suffered MAJOR lag, yet at the bottom of the page it said it loaded in a couple of seconds when it was easily 2mins+, any way I'm drifting off there, he suffered massive lag and i suffered none and was farming away to my hearts content, a few hours later I was crippled with lag and he was farming away happy as Larry, we are both using up to date high speed computers. We used different Internet providers, how come we suffer lag at different times ? (We live in same GMT)

yep the sgw main site is running extremly slow and well now its not even loading up the pages just going to blank pages for me

I would like to know if it is just me or is it that the game has gone out of sink as it is 2 minutes behind were it is usually ..
