What about only increase rank modifier ? We all know that differences between highest and other are very unbalanced in regard of main (in wich, like raven said, nobody is safe even not STI). Maybe that if rank modifier was increased, the realm will become again very attractive.
the top 5 accounts aren't SAFE!
they just happen to all get along with eachother, and with most of the top 90 as well. Any of the top 30 accounts can hurt my account( sorta) not so much with raiding requiring revolting aswell.
Rank mod, are useless and always will be!
As for the APP rate, i suggested 2000, cause i like even numbers!
And there is no more COP, unless your including the legion in that as well, opps wasn't suppose to say that

Im guessing you may have aimed that at me, I wasnt meaning belittling his efforts, hes a good guy and put effort in to his ascensions and main account, I was just trying to make a point.

Yes that is exactly what i am saying
If Dirty Dozen had not made a pact with Omega to dominate the game 18 months ago, your alliances would not have flourished on both servers.
I am not saying this is wrong or against the rules. Its actually very smart.
However, I believe that this is the root cause of the current problems on the server, which should have been addressed a long time ago with caps to re enable competition.

At the time that DD and Omega became allies, it would have been nigh impossible for anyone to take my ascension account down. My defense (at that point) was at least ten times the highest strike in the game (which was also possessed by me). It would have taken some EXTREME measures to have stopped me at that point. So my account being where it is right now has NOTHING to do with my alliance with Omega. I got there through hard work and NOT pissing anyone off who could do something about it.

I have actually been thinking about this aswell. Although your change of 30:1 doesn't reflect the updated points you have there. According to your APP you have it at about 1,500:1. Although that is more accurate to what it should be. Considering I am making about that per turn in naq to APP points. It doesn't have to be that high(probably shouldn't be), but 1:30 is just pointless.

I suggested to admin a system where the APP you earn from G&R points increases based on how many G&R points you have (much like the increase in APP from UP). So the longer you wait to ascend, the more APP from your G&R points you get because you will have more and get more APP per point than if you quick ascend. Of course, that suggestion never got read/found its way to the circular file/was completely ignored (take your pick). Otherwise G&R points are practically useless beyond the minimum you need to ascend and they shouldn't be.

Here is a list of proposed changes:
1. App goes to 1500-2000.
2. Life force levels good.
3. SW removal good, however, a drop of 50mil lifeforce into cache weekly, on all active accounts who have logged in within the last 48 hours.
4. LF Cache (direct APP into the cache, excessive life force goes into the cache every 7 days, i.e. you don't get to have more then your max life force level). Life force can come out of the cache and back into active LF but at a ratio of 100 to 1.
5. Raiding restored and Initiate Revolution to be changed to 15 turns and 2% loss of sent units.
6. Vacation mode to be continued as it currently works for this update and up for review for a later date.
