Let's see, since I came here in '05 there have been about 500 threats from people saying that were reporting the community or buying the game or some other such crap to shut it down because they are not the top dog in the game.

Seriously, that guy needs to actually speak to lawyer because unless there is a mass suicide cult or a secret underground terrorist cell operating out of SGW, then there is no way either SGW or it forums can be shut down.
And even then you have to prove it, in which case Jason would be asked to submit details including IP addresses etc, which he would get an order from the American or British government's. Given he is from Canada and most likely he has a dodgey deal with a Romanian ISP I would say the chances of this happening are about as high as the mamma's boy who wrote that post ending up in bed with 10 supermodels willing to do his every command, which in his case would probably be to clean his room or make his mom her dinner..
In otherwords get a life sadcase...
