There are a heap of hotels and hostels you can look at staying at. It's always cheaper if you share a hotel with a few people.
If nothing else, I will be booking in the Kareoke and maybe dinner.
At this point in time everyone seems very "iffy" about what they want to do.

i just found out i have works christmas party on the same night and we all know how fun work christmas parties are
but might try and organise one for everyone who lives in newcastle for sometime around the new year

ahh i just got a new job, don't know my hours so i mite not be able to show =( but we'll see, im based in Melbourne so it's no big issues even if i find out my hours the day before =P

Its ok, whole day may end up being half a day by the looks of it.
As I said, Karaoke will be a definite! And I have about 8 people ready and willing.

I didn't get to do the whole day for the brissy one, was still good though, so don't worry to much if you cant make the whole thing, you'll still have fun

i suggest a park
personally i stayed down in Alma park in Windsor on saturday night/sunday morning
