Sorry but no you wouldnt be all powerful, as Death & to some extent even Mort from the Discworld universe have to obey rules (such as maintaining the 'balence') and Death ultimately answers to a being called AZRAEL (who it appears is the 'Death' for the whole universe)

and yet, he has at times displayed a flagrant disregard for these rules

why would you wish for anything at all? isnt that counter productive the journey is the fun in life if you are given something freely you aren't truly going to appreciate it because you did not earn it.........


but in order to keep the fun going

1. I would wish to be Immortal with the ability to make others immortal

2. I would wish to be Omniscient

3. I wouldnt need the third wish the other two would cover everything

its a small price since I would know how to repress it succesfully

well going on the feeback i'm gonna go with the follwoing wording for the wishes i think.

1 - (this remains the same as last time) the power to bestow/remove immortality for anyone including myself. ( I should point the immortality I have in mind would be where you remain the same psyhical age you were when it was bestowed upon you )

2 - To reach a natural evolutionary peak of our current forms. (ie so no major changes, the body will still look the same but will have reached as far as this psyhical form can go, naturally this will include the approiate mental evolution too)

3 - (this remains mostly the same too) To have a ship like the Enterprise-E at my command in orbit and to have some means to communicate with it (so i can beam up )

EDIT: I think that should be good enough and limit most of the bad effects somewhat, then it would just be a simple matter of beaming up those i want on the ship and leaving this rock to find something better

i suppose it would be nice to know the answers to a few questions

such as, is there alien life out there?

what happens after we die?

if u knew the answers to these questions to name a couple of examples, you would live ur life completely differently

if u knew heaven and hell existed, you'd think abt your actions a lot more

1. Have Hiro's powers from Heroes
2. Be able to make anyone and anything immortal (including myself :p)
3. Have my own Hatak complete with a full army of loyal jaffa

this thread proves 1 thing...we are all a bunch of dreamers

not that dreams are a bad thing
