May sounds good.
I'll warn everyone now, it's the last month of Autumn, so the weather won't be all that good. A lot of wind, and some rain. Bring coats. Lots of them. xD

I would say laser tag, would appeal more to the older (20-30yrs) members of the meet, not to mention that Zone 3 is currently made of fail due to the constant reno's to improve it

If it's either of those I'd come if I it isn't during the week.

Irish murphys is indeed quite good, in the city of Hobart right in clubbing/pubbing district so it seems a good location to me.

i wouldn't know of hotels, i live here never stayed in any of them
