EDIT: TPPs policy alowes whoever from server to chalange our member. If whole allaince wants to chalange one of TPPs member, its their choice. Nobody needs a topic name as an excuse.

For the record, noone here is calling the TPP anything.
It is because of tackless his history with DDE this situation now occurs.
When tackless joined you, you did not only gain a new player, but also his history, don't forget that.
People cant go stirring up lots of trouble, vanish for a few months then come back like nothing happened.

Everyone gets haunted by their past. Even in games

Man, this forum is evil and its beeing manipulated so much. Since I play I remember some ex mods or admins or whoever had the right, edited my posts few times. Also few my topics were moved to spam section, all my complaints about forum staff were locked who cares, thats the game

The only thing I ever heard about with SGW related material being under dispute was with the IRC server they once had where this, whitey or homer I believe it was was able to read private conversations xD

Once i was banned cuse 3 warnings. Last one recieved after I complained and reported a mod. The mod who I reported closed my report, send me funny PM and next warning. And I was banned for 2 weeks. Later i started an issue, topic, posted all evidence and... topic was forgotten. Its past now, but not forgoten past And thats just an exampl, this mod had huge support of admin. Like I said, its past

i dont think DDE didnt knew who was tacky ingame b4 he changed name, anyway he betrayed dde during war but is that the first case ever?? there has been a lot of players.
now dde wana bully his game till he quits , the result one player minus and this isnt what we were speaking on the Galactic Council , theres honor in this???
tacky has no any special account as far as i know and just one medium dde player can challenge him to vendetta , but guess it takes the usual's.

i see here lot of double standards but this isnt new to me , been used wit them for over 4 years.

And there is no intention on my behalf to drive tacky poo from the game, yes we knew Lalwless one was Tack because Law told me when he sold his account to him.

And vendetta's for whatever reason are apart of the game so don't get in an uproar over it..this is all in the spirit of the game..I do fail to see how a forum user group name would drive a person mad as it did this clown..meh who cares onward!!!!

Well, yeah I agree. Ricos are closed, and seems they are missing one allaince so maybe not just closed but kicking members.

AoH aint my brother, HearvyGrimReaper is my bro aka ~Rogue Trooper~.. AoH left DDE and started to fight against ye, then he returned and i gave him my old acc(through myhill) before i left the game for a few months. no i didnt have a prob with the banned group because i never saw it until i looked at my bros profile so when i say banned scum on it, my bro follow all the chain on leaving DoC but was told if he left he would be branded a traitor and so he was.

as for this tag hiding i didnt hide from anyone loads of people knew who i was and loads of alliances wanted to take me in so i could give them info on DDE even trusted members in DDE knew my old ingame names

We removed all who werent up to the Warlords Standards those who moved up are already at or are close to warlords standard

I love the fact a few comments in this thread are arguing points of law about the manipulation of data being from what I can garnish.....theft?

While to a degree you may have a point.

In reality this would possibly get laughed out of court.

The argument is always going to be about trust and delegation. Fact is, for whatever reason YOU/Another Admin gave Tackless shadow the security rights to be able to perform said actions. He did not (from what I can tell) hack the site to be able to carry out this?

So the basic questions you'd be asked will be....

1) Why did he have said right?
2) Was there sufficient warnings\disclaimers about potential lawsuits should the data be manipulated?
3) Was the data copyrighted?
4) Were there appropriate guidelines around what data was allowed to be changed?

This would be like creating a file on your laptop, lending the laptop to a friend, and them deleting the file. You'd have a hard time getting a civil action against them.

Were tackless's actions morally right? probably not

To sum it up, He was given rights to change data, you didn't like what he changed the data to?

He intentionally corrupted data out of anger and admitted to that ... hows that for proof ....

When I got my driver license, it didnt say "You are not allowed to kill anyone driving your car using this license" does that give me the right to ride over annoying pedestrians ?
