Yeah mate, that makes perfect sense. Sounds just like the deal to be honest, mired in b/s and inaccuracies.

Well you had the offer to take the account back and refused so there is nothing more to discuss. Everyone reading this can clearly see what is happening here, it's a case of extortion not scamming.

So yeah close the thread, it's clear FS cannot back up their claims/accusations.

It was a deal made on trust with someone someone we considered a friend in our alliance, we didnt think we would ever need to prove....... and guess what we were right because we dont need to prove it. You really think we would sit on an ex-alliance member for several months for nothing ??? Pfft

As for making it public, it was a mistake for Roket to start this thread, just part of the boredom of the game being down. I only posted in response to your comments and the one thing we can agree on is that the thread should be closed, this wont be resolved with words, and it wont be resolved here.

The issue as I understand it though, regardless of any of that confusing what not that came afterword and whatever type of offer to return the account was, is that the original amount of money was never paid. Long before whatever these price changes are, or any of the account building, or any of this war arguement stuff and what not there was an agreed upon price. Regardless of what people think its worth or whether or not it was a great deal is besides the point. There was an agreed upon price and it wasnt paid. So idk that just sounds kinda bad to me

Dude, the price agreed on was 150. He paided the 150.....They are saying he is a scammer cause he didnt stay in FS long enough to fight DDE.

The OE HC have investigated this deal. The account was sold for $150 and improvements equivalent to over a quadrillion naq were made it over a period of time. So $25 extra for 1 quad is a HUGE discount offered to Brother. Find me a person willing to send 1 quad for $25.

The fact is this, if money has been paid for an account, you can't expect someone to have paid you AND work for you at the same time. $150 for an account as hopeless as the one he got is not a discount.

Now I've got rid of alot of scammers and such, and don't tolerate them, but anyone with sense would tell you the deal initially made was ludicrous. And yet despite that Brothers still had the option to buying a vastly superior account to what he sold for just $25 more. And don't tell me naq prices have depreciated that much. 1 quadrillion worth of naq at .40c even now is $400.

Korruption is nowhere near the most powerful member of the OE, and I think he also would agree with me when I state that people consider him under probation, so any decision on trying to hold on to a supposed powerful person doesn't even come into it. I have looked at the supplied evidence and find that Brothers has no case.

I have no problems with FS, but I will not allow unjust attacks against a member of the OE to go unanswered, especially when Brothers threatens members other than Korruption. Consider this the official response of the Omegan Empire.

no but FS asked for the removal of me, and as any good high council would do, the OE HC investigated and got all the details and came to the conclusion that i didn't scam. i got evidence to back up EVERYTHING i say.

JT may even remember me taking out myhill's defense, since the first time i tried myhill was online and next thing i knew myhill, deni and JT were all sabbing me and ACing through my defense. so i took a tactical PPT and waited for a day and a half and then took it out, it cost me a TONNES to do but i did it, and there was no help from FS on that (1 or 2 gave some ats that was it). so after that i made my mind up that i was going to try and fight the powerhouse accounts of DDE since FS were not even going to assist me with it, so instead i was just farming some of the smaller accounts and building my ascended to make sure it couldn't be descended, as well as ascending in main and building ready for the next one.

no one can expect an ascended queen/king account to do any real damage to people in TDD (eg JT, Deni, Myhill, qacol etc) there is just no viable way without taking massive losses and rendering your account useless and not worth logging into.

that is why they are saying i am a scammer, not due to payment, but due to not staying in FS until the end of the DDE war (which i may be mistaken but wasnt part of the deal, the words from brothers were "it must fight dde"), i attempted, got no help from any of them and then it got to a point that brothers just pushed it too far trying to hold the account over my head to many times and i just told them all where to go and left, surrendered to DDE and went inactive/semiactive until about 1month ago where i decided to come back after huxley convinced me.
