in middle earth, orcs are descended from severely corrupted elves. Thus it is not really right to call them "elves".
In the elder scrolls universe, they are in fact a species of elf, the orsimer. Thus entirely correct to call them elves.

argonians are prety cool, underwater breathing is handy

i usually play high elve to maximise my magika levels, lets me go around casting 2 or 3 master level destuction magik spells without needing to wait for regen

getting into the college without practicing any magic was rather difficult... Had to look over something like half of skyrim to find enough magica boost to cast the entry spell.

While no one expects the fireball from the shadowed corner, even fewer expect to get a soul-stealing axe in the face.

Working on getting duel dedreic short swords with fire damage. Have one already, damange is quite impressive. My Bow has soul steal on it. Nice to snipe people from a distance, and steal there souls.

maxing out sneak perks and using a dagger is generally far more dangerous than any sword... Daggers can, with the right two perks have 30x damage (while sneak-attacking), and if you combine that with the one-hand damage boosts from one-hand skills as well as upgrading the dagger as much as possible, and you quickly get a dagger causing damage in the thousands... Blade of Woe is a nice dagger for that job, and it doesnt cost anything to upgrade it on the smithy...

daggers and sneaking are all good and well, but when you can fortify your smithing over 200 for x amount of time, you can just make swords like mine (daedric swords, 267 damage a piece, plus my +% to one-handed, 104 fire damage, 104 shock damage...1 hit KO EVERYTHING)

can you one-hit kill dragons?

if hidden in sneak mode, daggers can get a 15x damage boost that swords cannot get. (and a perk that swords can get that doubles that one)

dagger enhanced reasonably high has damage around 50-60 (or something like that), less than 267 maybe, but considering that 50-60 x15 = 750-900 it is a bit higher than your 267.

And then there's the shared bonus from all those 1-hand weapon thingies...

sneaking around does make you to run away like a sissy girl when you get detected

The trick with using sneaking/light armor properly is to have enough punch packed that you can easily kill whatever detects you, even without sneak bonus.

but then thats missing the point of sneaking if you pack enough punch, get some heavy armor and go in like a savage, i do, it works

Why hit a dozen+ times to kill, when you can hit once while sneaking and kill?
Sneak attacks require skills that running in howling with a giant maul swinging does not require. Not saying it doesn't work, for it does. It just isnt as fun.

OK i started playing the game on my 42 inch TV
Amazing Graphics, AMazing world.. but I don't think Im made for RPG games.....

I finished the dragon thing in the started and got bored..
I don't like the whole "if you don't have stemina, than you can't run"
DOes the game get better? or should I just download sc2 and Warcraft again...?
