It has to perform a check before it will see that you have already met that standard. It doesn't perform the check automatically (which would be a nice feature to add to the reward claim button).

If you upgrade the relevant skill at all, it will perform the check and see that you have completed it and remove of it from your achievement to do list.

In actuality, it will sometimes check things in addition to what you upgraded, but I haven't been able to completely predict this. For example, when I upgraded my CS to make it check that, it also checked and cleared the physical levels requirements. If you want, check the list after each upgrade to see if any extras got checked too.

Technically it should check as you enter the logical page but some browsers are stupid, and yes some things check in bunches, powerup related things all get checked when you get on the power up page. This is on the updates i think...

still a got a ways to go the have 4 of the 9 tasks completed
getting really close to completing the rest planet kill tasks.

physical lvls ---- another one that is just a matter of time

the tier 4 demi ---- hard to say when that will happen (luck plays its part)

and the 3 wins at tourney .... yeah ... could take a while
