Buying another spy lvl is annoying now though, as before I could sab a lvl 21 who had 120k spies, with 2k spies, now I need to send over 20k, it's upsetting...
i like the new system , before the update covert levels ruled covert, because of the massive factor you get from doubling, if you have 5 more spy levels than someone you used to have 32x more covert, which when you get to the higher levels makes it quite hard to improove your covert without stopping everythign else , unless you are already one of the more richer players. SO the gap between the rich with level 27/28 and the poor with level 24/25 was great. Now it is not so great, some really big players have lost out, but this should even the game out a bit covert wise and put more empathsis on spys.
It has not really effected anyone people who have been effected are those who liek to keep there spys low, for exampel they have 10 mil miners and only 500k ops. If you want a higher covert train some more spys if you lost out alot from the update. And its only a simple matter of maths to find out the balance between spys and levels.
