As far as the wraith saying they didn't know how to repair their own ships anymore... lol. Do you really believe that? I'm sure that was just a trick to lure the Atlantis team into accepting the well hidden computer virus.
The goa'uld strength would be the ground war for sure, but they wouldn't be able to sustain a ground war for very long with all those darts flying around beaming up the jaffa. The only real advantage I see would be the gou'alds superior hyperdrives, but then again the wraith are patient... much like the replicators. The goa'uld didn't do so well against the replicators either, did they?
um there ships are organic and there more of a feudal society rether then a race looking for tech they arn't even teh main enemy is SG-A anymore and think about it 10 hatak vs maybe 2 hive ships per battle the hataks are smaller and faster and they can manuever much better also without shields the goa'uld could just jump in cloak alkesh use the hatak to fire on the cruisers and hive damaging them and then have the alkesh uncloak and fly around taking out whats left...and the goa'uld have like 200 ships in all and the wraith have 60 hives
