Very true, but at any rate even a very good unit production can't match the growth that can be attained through.
Lets say someone gets a 400,000 unit production.
substract the 100 k pleague and you have 300 k per day, or 2.1 mil per week growth. Compare that to the same account who before these restrictions, would be able to buy 10 million per week..or raid practically unlimited given enough time. (And the naq for a 400 k UP would be 133,333,666,665,000). This UP could obviously be more easily attained through the use of planets, but either way, to grow through UP can never match the growth through buying/raiding.
People will catch up, to a closer degree than exists right now. From there on out is difficult to say.
