Luc, we go way back.
Of all the hair-brained ideas you have had, this one is going to hurt you for a long time.

Yokozuna Asashoryu

Google or wiki the name and you should figure out what I'm trying to get at. And following that theme, the vac/ppt is only like a line at the buffet for these guys, a time deterrent only.
Twisted Evil

Go have fun with your girl, but also realize the reason you aren't having fun right now is because of your in-game actions...well and maybe boredom, but whatever.

Not much to fight when the person has 0 stats and is on ppt/vacation mode.

Well GoD is playing the role of, I'll just be on vac/ppt and thus you won't get what you want lol. But I've also seen people say this. that, and the other thing, only so people let them off the hook.

I hold you to your word that you will be on vac/ppt the whole time. But remember this, at some point you will be off, at some point your bank gets full, at some point you either put naq into massable stuff or you give it away.

I have no set goals for your main account. I'll smile with any uu I raid, any naq I get, any weapons I mass or sab, or any coverts I kill. The amounts do not matter.

Offer still open for his ascended account name/id.

Oh yeah, you might as well change commanders too, so you'll lose that benefit.

I read the DBD thread Laura linked to. :D
Was vac mode no element in their plans?!
PPT 4 days, vac mode the other 3... ;) and have 1 day of massing in between. 4 days PPT to build a strike, and when PPT ends mass away, then sell strike and hop on vac mode. Come off after the week-change, and get going again. In the like 2 hours that you are massing you're sure to not really get a true sabbing back at ya, so you can do things like this very efficiently.

Very practical. :D Maybe GoD is doing the same right now? Not having anything now, but having the naq in broker transit for building a very powerful strike. ;)

Regards,

I understand the tactic, however 3 days vac mode puts his 4 mill units at an effectivenesses of 2.5 mill or so.naq producing wise He could have a few bill in the broker, maybe even a few hundred bill, but that isn't much at all.

But then again, he has to be on vac mode for 48 hours at least. Considering it is friday he might have even done 72.

Brokers have a 2 day limit. And he'll be building from relative scratch with whatever he has. He doesn't have many uu to spare to build a strike, and if he tries, he'll have a weak d or covert. Which obviously means his weapons are gone.

He doesn't make much at all, losing relatively half of it won't help him if he chooses the path you describe for a buildup.

Lets just say I immediately know his candle will be on fire, because his meal was cooked a long time ago (well not so long ago) :)

I hope he does take the path you describe, it will be more fun.

Also it takes 2 to broker. :-D

:? You hit bullseye there. For the tactic to work you need a major base of income.

You could use the 4 days of PPT after the vac mode to keep a good supply naq that way.

As for the broker, if you use three parties, you can easily lift the naq over the vac mode without it being picked out. :)

Yeah, it requires a solid base of say 30mil miners, and a floating (broker) sum of 1 tril naq along with 25mil UU to make a real threat. That way, you don't see ANYTHING with him until he's ready to strike. Also he can break off his PPT early if he uses 3 parties for the broker lift. ;) That makes his vacmode limits even less of a holdup.

I hope that made sense... but the previous did so I guess this will too. ;)

Depends on how much is being saved, and how enlarged his bank is from ppts before the last update.
