Number 2. I know of WELL over 30 Kids under teh age of 12 who have handled and use firearms. Know WHY there hasnt been any accidents?
Because we have grown up around firearms. been taught HOW to use them. Anyone who would be caught playing "Cowboys ,and Indians" pointing a real gun at someone would get his ass kicked. if a gun is ACCIDENTALLY pointed at someone your in trouble.
I have had a .22 rifle since i was 10 years old. Some of my best memories are going out hunting with it. I didnt. AND WONT go on a massive shooting... I would have plenty of oppurtiniies.
Myself i believe that EVERYONE has a right to thier opinion. EVEN anti-gunners.... But do the news or other anti-gunners feel that way? Ina recent news article they interviewd a number of guncontrol activists... Did they show the OTHER side of view??? NO. In the last half dozen news interviews only ONE side has been displayed.
That belief ALSO should apply to others... If a gun-owner NEEDS selfdefence he should be allowed it. the LA riots are a PRIME example.

If you REALLY think mroe school shootings would happen if guns were allowed on-campus..... all i can do is say i am sorry you think so.

I dont agree with bannign it because it serves good purposes as well, such as charities, etc. I do however think thet there should be laws agaisnt pornography (sorry tokra). And please direct me to a thread where terrorosits are recruiting - Im not sure they would do that. IP adresses are easy to track.

Guns serve good purposes as well, like defending yourself. And one can hide IP using special software.

I was using it as a example.
You always hear of a "Terrorist website" That videos have been uploaded.
It goes both ways. Guns are the SAME.
Some use them for bad. Others for good.
As for Cowboy's and indians.... No offence. Are you some type of nitpicker? I was using the genrality of what it is known as.......
Also no offence. But whats wrong with self defence?
I would HATE to take a human life.... but if it meant a scumbags life, or Mine,My families ,or even a innocent bystander i would do it.
I would pull teh trigger ONLY in 2 circumstances.
#1 I was drafted by Uncle Same and am now in teh army.
#2. If my life ,or families,friends was in immenint Danger.....
I wouldnt even attempt to stop a armed robbery if there was a large chance of noone getting hurt without my interferance. A gun-fight then would be foolish with teh chances of teh robber panicking and firing wildly into innocents.
So. Final thought.

Thought of something else i NEED to add.
Look at current gun-laws around the world.
England,Canada,and Austrailia all have tough gun-laws.
Switzerland has EXTREMELY LAX gun laws.... Do they have a high crime rate? No.
Finland also has loosER gun laws(Still getting there) ,and it has a relativly low crime rate.
Now...... Also in cities where CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons) permits were issued Anti-gunners shouted that there would be all ---- break loose due to it. The crime rate didnt increase because of it.
Now i got a question i am gonna post but its going to be in a seperate thread. not a arguement thread a mear question ,and it NEEDS its own.
I know i probably wont convert you to a pro-gunner (Am addressing all here). BUT I would feel badly if i didnt at least mention a couple of points.
And you CANNOT say i havent tried. Although i wasnt going to change my stance. I HAVE [ut my diferances aside for once ,and honestly looked at Anti-gun supposed "reports" of crime increase ,and drop in crime rates due to gun-law's ,and read some of their reasoning. I am still with a firm conviction tht my side is right.

It is still somewhat biased against gun-owners. depicting them as gun-toting vigilantes.And mentioning that it is "Fine police work ,and crackdowns" that stopped it. (Which IS possible. But teh law helped)
What ISNT mentioned is that immediatly Anti-gun people decried the act. They said it would be a "Gunsmoke". Killings ,and crime would raise.
Has that Happened???? NO..... Mayeb you should think about some of the other stuff with bias that has been said....

They do this to play on a loophole and sell them nation wide. In states that such a Texas where it is illegal to posess "sex toys".

So there are laws along these lines.

I thought about becoming a pornography director one time, then I abandoned the idea. I realized I would need to employ a lawyer to constantly hold vigil.

Porno laws are strict enough as is. They can fill volumes and vary from state to state.

Try knowing them all sometime, its overwhelming.

My take is this:

No more restrictions. Just strengthen the penalties for posession of child pornography.

I would advocate the banning of "violent porno" (extreme masochism) as well... Think about it, its sick and psychologically twisted. People are not supposed to be aroused by someones pain.
Someone who likes inflicting pain or recieving it in the act shouldn't be fattened on the stimuli.

They could kill someone someday and eat them.

Other than that people should have the right to digest what they deem fit. With this freedom comes the freedom to not view those things if they bother you personally..

sadder that im unaffected by these type of things

I ve known more people that have died
or have been killed in front of me than any man should have to endure..
