(and for those that can count that object to my word count, consider this:
1(up)+1(up planet) = 5
.... count that! )

to respond on your 2 counts:
1) no comment
2) UP of 100. you get 600 a day.....now who cannot count
suppose you have 100 now. 100 per day base UP. 100+100=200. but somehow, in this case, 100+100=800....
my point is that the planets, officers, etc - ADD to what you have, based on WHAT YOU HAVE.... (or they have, but whatever...--it is still based on some fixed, raw, number)
if i had 100, plus 100, and ended up with 800 -- i'd not complain so much...

you accusers of drunkedness forget to take in multiple up planets and officers... through that does it become 800...
it is after all, 100 + 100(times up planet count) + officers
