No, because I didnt buy USS untill last wave (Or have SS at all before then)

So maybe it's Ultimate SS in general?

I've never gotten a USS, I have it.

This is bothering me because 10% is a heck of a lot to be missing out on. My UP is 790 raw now so if I had that 10% boost I would be getting 869 a day. Almost 80 higher so that would cost tons to raise my UP to 870.

I am also getting annoyed with this especially because nothing is getting done, if we had an answer then thats cool.

UP for this wave = silly. With infinite mercs (and trust me the market will have plenty to spare) we don't need regular troops. UP just determines spies, and since incomes mean jack compared to our farming abilities, I hold that spy levels are vastly more important. Besides, only a handful of people are unfarmable, and I switched to tauri so now that's only a handful of people in Legendary.

Exactly UP is needed to train spies, I don't even have a income now. My next spy level costs about 50 mil so for now I am happier to train spies to boost my covert. Also if I sab someone it will cost dearly in spies so I need a high UP to regain the spies lost.

Yes, but when you have level 11 spy and I have 15 at the end of this week, 14 at least for 100% certainty, I will be able to go through your 4000 spies or whatever with as little as 250. 4000/2^(15-11). 4000/16 = 250. That's not even half a day's UP for me. Hence, UP is stupid.

Does anyone know for sure how q sabs work? I have sabbed some and the weapons count for something.

sold my weps and got a up of 640, that'll be good for me atm.
