I was given 3 warnings about rudely responding to PM's.
I was banned for a week.

The second ban was for responding to jake's misquote.
I was never give any warnings before this second banning, and considering I was banned for something completely different the second time, YES you need to give warnings.

You came in after I was unbanned, did some digging and found some crap from months earlier, and decided it was a good enough reason to maintain the ban.

This is really something you should have known.

By the way, aren't you breaking yet another forum rule by bypassing a ban?

I assume you are referring to this:

He didn't create a new account, and he isn't accessing someone else's account, so no, he's not breaking any rules.
