thats not the point though is it, people dont have to use a covert turn now and thats unfair.

Covert level 16 now
Not alot have level 17 I believe (didn't spy alot lately...)...couple have 18 I think..

nobody has 18 to my knowledge. Smoosh might, but he has me polarized. If he does have 18 he doesn't have a lot of spies though.
