Both raiding AND artifical turns are a bad idea. The game would still be a LOT smaller without raiding and the lare upswing in tUU buying that came with it.
Introducing raiding into the game was a bad idea in the first place... - I'll agree with that, but it does help people catch up. (Not the amount of at out there though)... you can't remove it now I don't think tok'ra.
