I would think that you would buy turns a few k at a time...
I mean, while your naq is just sitting in the bank, inflation is happening. Naq is most suspectable to inflation while UU depreciates slower and AT doesn't really depreciate at all...
so... really, if you wanna store anything, store turns! Or UU :s
why bother putting it all in bank. If buying UU, buy a little bit at a time...
