No body can reject him, only reason Sasuke was rejected is simply because he defeated Orochimaru and stole his body.

Probably because it decayed after 3 years of possession... i would guess anyway, wasn't explained in the anime, like Noobert said, he kicked his butt in his own technique and stole all his knowledge

That's part of his DNA, no? Not the actual soul. If this is the case, which it was, Orochimaru was alive in Sasuke after being absorbed simply due to the overwhelming power Orochimaru possessed.

Kabuto put Orochimaru inside him
and the small amount put into him is expanding and gradually taking over Kabuto's body
