Due to circumstances beyond my control I surrender to Riccos

surrendering is fine but you need to leave alpha. we are not postioning ourselves to accept surrenders and have people stay in there alliance.

To bad im going on VAC soon, going on a cruise with my missus and then sun and beer vacation in Turkey, i have WAR on you both and i would love to smash what little you have left..
