IM SORRY i started this war, we of DC surrender to the allmighty DDE.
Were sorry we massed the little ones a lot and didnt build stats.
Now were trying to take refugee status in OE so pls dont mass us no more.

sorry boys, but whilst, yes, you made the topic and therefore can probably close it,
you cannot just declare the war 'over' unless you officially surrender. as there are 2 participants in the war, both must agree to end it, and you just know that DDE will accept nothing other than an actual surrender

To be fair we did try surrendering last time... we did all the things you asked like posting an apology getting rid of the DxM alliance ID and not hitting you and it lasted all of 2/3 weeks before you lot massed everyone off ppt

oh well it will take us a while to be able to recoup our losses since you guys arent building but we have all the time in the world
