I don't really think this is the case, But I may be wrong. I think its more an extensive seach by entire alliances for specific planets, and constant checks on them to keep up with them.

Isn't that kinna the idea? become powerful so you can take what you need to become more powerful?

Also, power alliances are usually most active as well, and most organized, so,,,,,,,

Personally, just get rid of planets all together

Admin either needs to get rid of dual planets completely of make them more available to everyone, its a joke to see certain people have 10 duals, lose a few and have them replaced with duals the following week, when you can search the server 5 times over and not get 1, yet these ppl find them NP..

So either make them ready available * so everyone can benefit * or remove the duals so everyone is on a level playing field.
