I just edited my post in regards to the RULING of SGW.

I understand he has broken the rules, but who hasn't in life? I believe that no matter what happens, everyone deserves a second chance. Now in this instance, LM217's account should be damaged (lose of income or up) or suspended for an extended period of time. To ban this particular user would neglect his deed to return the account (even though he scammed, you still need to consider this).

Anyways, like I said, I do not currently hold any position of authority. The decision should be made by the ADMIN.

1) even thou giving some one a second chance is all good, u are forgetting the victims (tin and majorlee) rights. LM used the account not only in an etempt to better himself, but to better his position in a war. we are expected to believe, after using the account to steal an enemies property, and then being faced with 2 oppenets of great power, he decided that this new account was not to his liking.

2) since some of u seem to know him and his family in real life, could some one verify if LM has a brother who plays SGW. I ask this not to bring harm to his brother account, but only for the reason of, in convo given to me by Odin (wich to my satisfaction clears the collective of any knowledge of any of this) he speaks of his brother attacking FS along with a "friend" and we would be none the wiser. It would seem logical if someone had no trouble with keeping 2 accounts active at once, why not 3 or 4.

3) did u not say some where in this the ad for the account was for your current account ? So wich is it, your current account, the account in question, some other account ?

LMAO I've had over 4 pages of this to read and there's so many things that I could pick on and throw back at you LM217. Either you did scam Tin and now trying to convince people that you didn't you are making lots of easy mistakes, or you are getting way too stressed (too stressed for a damn game) that you are making mistakes. basically sums up what i was going to bring up.

i believe the people that have read this thread know and i believe ladiesman217 know he is in the wrong as well as he has broken the rules as quoted by tintsel in a past post

Ladiesman 217-you used someone else's account and then went back to your own.

Now, can we please get a mod, or more than one perhaps to help us out here? More bickering is not going to help. I don't see you both being banned-you both should probably be punished, though perhaps with different severity. In any case thats for admin to decide.

Secondly-Mods, please, come and clean this mess up... this is worse then the spam temple...

I'm happy for anyone to look at the images. They are not fake.

And, I, in no way can be banned. It is against the rules to give out my details if I plan on logging back in, but at the time, I THOUGHT I was selling my account. Little did I know, I was being scammed and the n00b didn't have the balls to go through with it.

There is no way in which I can be banned, even by a technecality, as it would all come back to the fact that I didn't plan on logging back into my account.

So please cyberblade, stay out of it. You are just trying to cause trouble and it is unnecessary.

You have no way of knowing what I'm trying to do, any more than we know what your intent was in sharing your log in information. And what I said above still is true, technically you both broke the rules. And actually, you COULD be banned, if admin decided. In this game admin is god, and he gets to do whatever he wants. There is more than enough evidence for a ban so lets all sit back, chill out and wait for Admin to do there thing

Mezz- Cyber isnt defending anyone here really, hes just simplifying the squabble into lamens terms. Just making it easier on people and the admins to see whats going on, and suggesting that the proper channels to settle this argument are necessary.

Don't worry mezz, I'm not defending him... I wouldnt take sides even if he was in my alliance. this is a situation for admin to decide, I just like to keep things factual. I'm not defending either party actually. lm 217 seems to be an immature cheat, and tintsel seems to be just immature, and a bit naive.

I'm sure admin will take appropriate action with lm217, but tbh i don't feel sorry for tintsel. he let himself get sucked in, then goes about with all this mudslinging on the forums... meh. i guess to me its just a game, that could be the difference...

alright, so in one of cyberblade's msg he described what users do to change account and how they buy the second account using the resources from to first one and then put the first one on ppt. so is that not using 2 accounts at the same time??

and another thing, to the ppl talking about major's planet, it was taken while my intentions were of keeping this account to all those that are falsly accusing me YOU ARE NOT THE ONE TO DECIDE IN THE END. the admin is. and to the admin, i will deny Tin's side of the story, as this was originally a trade and i had never felt bad about scamming or anything.
