I returned for a moment to make one sig, and now I'm gone again.

you just cant leave can you... no matter what happens, gfx will alsways be in you... trying to take control again

Well see...here's what happened.

I quit GFX. For good. I had lost complete interest.

The day after I learned that I would be getting a brand new Sony A-200K DSLR.

AWESOME.

And now I can take my own stock photos

which makes things more interesting.

So I'm considering whether to come back or to move on strictly with photography and no photomanipulation.

Tough decision to make, I'm still dwelling on it.

I don't blame you for wanting to focus entirely on photography with a camera that nice. Ironically after I got my Wacom Intuos 3, I started to rediscover the power of the photo shop paintbrush.

I think it would be great if you stuck with photo shop. I would even say that having a camera that nice means you could make your own set of brushes and some awesome material for a nice mixture of foreground and background composition.

Nearest I can tell you are the only other sig maker on sgw I can relate my work to, which does help me to become better. I enjoy your sense of perspective and would like to see more from you.

lol thanks mate. I'm thinking I might stay with it now, since I can make my own stocks, brushes, textures, etc.

Trust me from experience, photomanipulation is way easier when you take your own stocks because you can get things exactly how you want them, when you want them.

You might want to check out this place, there's quite a few good designers on it.

lol, well im glad you remember me, if you start up another GFX forum let me know... my comp crashed for awhile over the summer and when i came back GFX online was gone and couldnt find the new forum link and when i did that one was dead too
