all checks, logs, etc - were checked.
all actions possible, were taken.
all reasonableness in player actions, were done.
in short - we did everything 'sane' and reasonable.

those that did not fit the same definitions (sane and reasonable) did not receive the same courtesies....

and - i will say this elsewhere too -- "just because someone said it, does not make it true" (example: another 10million sold..i said it -not true....i think you know who i am talking about...)
