To tell them how much you hate or love them in a non-violent, anonymous forum environment without worrying about the consequences in game, however completely pointless if you do not discuss with them the reason for your vote, which would void the anonymity of your vote. Hence, somewhat useless, they already know who love them, who (roughly) doesn't ,and who is indifferent.
