My covert is ranked 25... So, there's still a few ahead of me...

Yeah.... but consider the following fact: people with 29+ covert are (often) cheaters.

thats why your covert rank is so low. i was bullied bye my alliance to get 2 mill + spies

well blub thinks that not all are cheaters with level 29.
Thats only 1,610,612,736,000 Naquadah. There are enough people out there that could afford it with saving a month or so. and if alliance pool its really easy to get higher levels.

Maybe blub should find such an alliance for himself .
poor blub still some trill away from level 29

Loads of people with 25 mil armies +++ are buying UU on the black market and have 1-2 + trillion naq. So I'd say alot of people can afford it. :wink:
