The Earth Protectorate Alliance was part of the Task Force and the agreement that was made between the TF alliances and FUAll did apply to them just like every other alliance. Seeing as your memory may be a bit fuzzy on the details here is the agreement that the leaders including yourself agreed to
1. FUALL vs TF/HR vs Empires with MAD policies ends.
2. Congratulations to everyone for a war well fought
3. TF admits FUALL had superior organisation and management skills in this war
4. No hits 60 days both servers and no personal vendettas for the first 30 days
5. TF (TJP) Pact is dissolved unless FUALL (OE and DDE) recommence hostilities against one Empire/Family/Alliance
6. All offending copy cat sigs and names are removed within two market resets of proposal being accepted.
7. Proposal only applies to tagged current members of FUALL, HU and TF/HR (includes ascended server)
8. Lists of main and ascended IDs are exhanged within 48 hours of proposal being accepted.
9. Planets to remain where they are unless individuals enter into a mutally agreeable trade to return them.
10. We look forward to new friendships developing and flourshing
No part of that agreement has been broken here.

Just to keep this on track I thought i'd do a quick piece comparing the two alliances that are involved in the war.
Omega - 21 players, 11 of which have 19 ascensions or more.
vs
EPA - 10 players, one LoTAG, one AGoL, one EAG and everyone else is LG or lower.
I'd say EPA are definitely the underdogs here.
oh and btw Dean - have you used up all the soup yet?

You realize what you are saying right? FUALL can not declare war on a single Empire or Alliance. The counterpoint to that would be the alliances that were a part of TTF(all of them) declaring war on OE or DDE separately, not EPA massing 2 members of OE for farming. Logic seems to not be your strong point.

Is that what he was getting at? I think he's accusing us of joining other former members of TTF in a war against OE, but that can't be right because he declared war on us. That's like declaring war on a bunch of alliances then whining about them ganging up on you.

Or even farming an alliance, then when they farm back you declare war on them. Then when they start massing others who farmed them from your empire you start whining about how it's not fair and some misinterpreted rule says they can't. But I doubt that would happen, as it seems much too childish and whiny for a respectable alliance.

I made a mistake..I should have made this post EtL v EPA..even then it would still be an uneven match up. lol
You lot can't handle a single person from 1 alliance and yet trying to provoke the rest of the OE. I am in awe at your intellect.
