I wasn't sure if he was claiming that his PPT yesterday wasn't a USS or not...but I can confirm his army size jumped 100 mill in very short order. Can't speak to a previous PPT he might have had this week, but what he did yesterday was definitely a USS.
Meh, the whole back and forth in this thread is pretty ironic.

He was saying that one of them was a PPT... not TWO USS's...

It was 2 USSs. In the beginning of the week he jumped from 19 mil UP and roughly 130 mil army size to 180 mil army size and increased his UP to 50 mil and went on PPT.
That is an USS.

got to love cheap. UP grades
was doing about 1mil per turn for awhile.
